I’ve already done a course on launching, how is Action Takers different?

In fact, I recommend that you launch your course before creating it so that your time, energy and focus is spent on marketing and audience building. You do need to have a solid idea on what your offer is though.
Do I need to have an existing program, online course or membership?
Sure it helps, but you can launch successfully with a small audience. In fact, someone in the last round was very close to hitting $10k in her first launch with only 250 followers on Instagram and a tiny email list. I teach you ways to get customers without having an audience.
Do I need an existing large audience?
Action Takers is focused on an open and close style live launch because that is what is most effective, and is going to give you the highest chance of success.
Once you've live launched once, you can consider going evergreen from there however I recommend to start with a live launch which is why this is the focus in Action Takers.
I want to go evergreen, can I do that inside Action Takers?
The weekly coaching calls will be on Tuesday mornings at 9am AEST. This is 11am NZ time, 7pm EST and 4pm PST. So this should accommodate most people.
There will also be replays for every call, with the opportunity to submit questions in advance.
